Bo Richardson Bo has extensive experience in buildings designed for all kinds of every day and special uses. As a District Sales Manager of Gulf States Manufacturers, a world wide manufacturer and distributor of building systems, Bo has been involved with literarily thousands of industrial and commercial buildings with equally as many uses - from office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, airplane hangers, mini storage, multi-floor buildings, shopping centers, and retail of all types. In the construction of buildings, Bo has been involved with special purpose buildings requiring specific results in air conditioning, flooring, electrical, sound, clean rooms, overhead cranes, dock facilities, shipping and receiving by rail, and much more. He was awarded the top salesman of the year by Gulf States Manufacturers 9 times in the 10 years from 1996 to 2006.

Bo graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1984. Bo is a member of 1st United Methodist Church of Starkville and is on the Starkville Academy School Board. He has coached little league soccer and baseball for several years.

Clay Richardson Clay is a partner with the regional accounting firm of T. E. Lott & Company. He holds a license to practice as a certified public account and a certified valuation analyst. During his 20+ year career, his primary professional focus has been in the area of tax and small business consulting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Clay is a 1985 graduate of Mississippi State University with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church, and has been active in various organizations.

Clayton Richardson Clayton was one of the founders of Gulf States Manufacturers in Starkville, Mississippi, in 1968 and grew it to be the sixth largest fabricator of pre-engineered building systems in the world by the time he retired in 1997. Though the day to day management of Richardson Rental Properties is done by Bo and Clay, Clayton is on call for special projects when needed.

Clayton graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1958. He is an avid believer in Management by Objective, and a strong practitioner of customer service. He served on the board of directors for the Metal Building Manufacturers Association for 20 years and also as its Chairman in 1989. He was on the boards of directors for Columbus Marble Works of Columbus, MS, and Moretti Harriah Marble Company of Sylacauga, Alabama. He has served as Deacon and is currently one of the Trustees of Grace Presbyterian Church in Starkville, MS.
